I am doing physical therapy for hip and lumbar arthritis and part of therapy is using 5 lbs weight on my ankles. I ordered this weights so I can do my therapy at home. Not only they are what I needed for my therapy but also my legs are getting muscle tone!also like the fact that the weights can be removed if you need less weight.
